
What does Restaurant Marketing Partners do? Hello, my name is Madonna Kash and in addition to being a pretty great person, I am a food service professional in service for over 24 years. I thrive on helping others in which is why I have chosen to stay in this segment; there are many opportunities to help others. Like a food broker I represent many different companies all with the same focus, food service yet many of skills are transferable to other businesses as well so I can work with many different types of businesses. I enjoy building relationships with customers which is why I enjoy representing many options. I have been in thousands of operations and trainings over the span of my career and acquired a boat load of knowledge with these experiences. Through my career marketing and strategic planning was part of the game and an area I excelled in. When I had questions, I asked them; I took the opportunity to learn something new when I had the chance. I can relate and communicate very well within all aspects of the food service industry as it is woven into my DNA. Food service is such an incredible industry as it touches us all personally and professionally. The food chain is personal. We have personal experiences over a fabulous recipe from someone grandmother, we celebrate life with a piece of cake, a cup of coffee and conversation, we teach integrity while making dinner. Food service is about people. A few motivators for me are “Much is lost for the lack of doing a little more” and“Seldom to we meet or exceed our own expectations”. We all have had bad service and as an operator you just hope it wasn’t in your restaurant. But what if it was? If could convey one thing about why I am here doing what I am doing, it’s because it’s my passion. I get food service and love people; great combination.

I am hard core foodie, social media junkie, and marketing muse is passionate about the food service industry and enjoys helping others grow, both personally and professionally.
Born and raised in Iowa, I started her food service career in operations, both front and back of the house. Madonna worked in all categories of dining and holding positions such as bartender, bar manager, service bartender, server; lunch, dinner, banquet, and cocktail. Hosting, coat check, and marketing for business has also been are also included in the experience. In back of the house she managed a kitchen and was line cook for casual dining as well.
I also worked for a large independent distributor, Thoms Proestler Company in purchasing, customer service, and inside sales. I also managed business clients and was the event planner at their cash & carry.
From there I worked for a Chicago based food broker, Institutional Sales Corporation (ISC) as a Sales Consultant & Account Executive for Thoms Proestler Company covering the Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin territory. Managing the business, working with their staff, calling on operators, and more.
I and ISC won yearly awards with the distributor for best booth and salesmanship. I also won National Sales Person of the year by Warren Frozen Foods.
From there I worked for Nestle Foodservices as Operator Business Manager and Beverage Specialist out of Chicago focusing on hospitals, hotels, colleges, casinos, and larger leverage operators.
I then moved to Phoenix where I worked for Restaurant.com as a Restaurant Consultant and Total Source Foodservice as Contract Manager and School Specialist.
I founded Restaurant Marketing Partners in 2009, focusing on helping restaurant operators maximize their earning potential. My educational background includes business and marketing as well as industry specific training certifications. In Phoenix, I am an active member within the social media community and works with small businesses with marketing and social media strategies.
